Before You Begin

When you create a household we highly recommend including the household's email address(es). The email address is the vital link connecting emails and transcripts to the household.
2. Enter the Facts
Fact accuracy in Sterling is extremely important. The Fact Status system is different than tools you've used in the past. Take a moment to read about the system. High quality facts lead to high quality AI advice.
3. Generate Advice
