Command Center Overview
The Command Center is your assistant inside Sterling. You describe what you want in plain English, and Sterling does the work. Instead of clicking through screens to update a fact or set up a scenario, you simply ask.
Just Ask
Type a request the way you'd say it to a colleague. For example: "Update the Johnsons' retirement age to 65" or "Draft an email to Sarah about her RMD deadline."
Two Ways to Open It
The Command Center is always within reach. You can open it from anywhere in the platform, and it keeps your place as you move between pages.
- The floating button: Click the round brain icon in the bottom-right corner of any page. A panel slides out over your current screen so you never lose your place.
- The full page: Visit the Command Center page for a dedicated, full-screen workspace when you have a lot to get done.
One Assistant, Two Strengths
The Command Center is built around two ideas. Together they change how much you can accomplish in a day.
- Chat-based work: Update facts, adjust financial plans, draft emails, create tasks, and research answers, all by describing what you want.
- Parallel work: Launch several requests at once. Each one runs in the background as its own agent while you keep working, so you're never waiting on a single task to finish.
Works Across All Your Households
You don't need to open a household first. Just mention the client by name in your request, and the Command Center automatically routes the work to the right household.
