Using Gamma.ai
Gamma.ai is an AI-powered presentation tool that transforms text prompts into polished visual slides. Sterling generates optimized prompts that work seamlessly with Gamma to create professional client presentations.
External Service
Gamma.ai is a third-party service, not part of Sterling. You'll need to create a Gamma account to generate presentations.
Getting Started with Gamma
- Go to gamma.app in your web browser
- Create a free account or sign in
- Click Create new and select Paste in text
Creating Slides from Sterling
- In Sterling, go to the household's Content page
- Find your saved presentation and click the Copy button
- In Gamma, paste the copied text into the prompt field
- Click Generate to create your slides
- Gamma will produce a complete presentation with formatted slides
Customizing in Gamma
After Gamma generates your slides, you can:
- Edit text on any slide
- Change the visual theme and colors
- Add or remove slides
- Insert images or charts
- Rearrange slide order
Exporting Your Presentation
Gamma offers multiple export options:
- PDF - Best for emailing or printing
- PowerPoint - For further editing in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Share link - Send clients a link to view online
- Present mode - Present directly from Gamma
Brand Consistency
After generating, apply your firm's colors in Gamma's theme settings to match your brand identity.
