Command CenterReviewing Changes

Reviewing Changes

The Command Center is careful with anything that shapes your advice. High-impact work is prepared for you to approve, so nothing important changes without your review. Lower-risk actions happen right away and can be undone.

Changes You Approve First

When the Command Center prepares something that affects a household's plan, it shows a Review Changes card instead of applying it immediately. Click the card to open the affected page, see exactly what will change, and approve it.

  • Fact updates: Changes to client data are staged so they never overwrite your records without your say-so.
  • Financial plans: New scenarios and planning directives are staged so you can confirm the impact first.
  • Tax scenarios: What-if tax setups are prepared for your review before they take effect.

Nothing Is Final Until You Approve

You can always review, adjust, or discard a prepared change. The Command Center does the heavy lifting; the decision stays with you.

Actions That Happen Right Away

Some actions are low-risk and easy to reverse, so the Command Center completes them immediately and gives you a quick way to undo if needed.

  • Tasks: New follow-ups are added to your task list right away, with a link to view them.
  • Email drafts: Drafts are prepared and opened for you, but never sent until you press send yourself.

Clearing Your Command Center

Use Clear All to tidy up the Command Center view when it gets busy. This only clears the list in front of you, nothing is deleted. Every agent's work stays saved in its household's chat history, so you can always find it again.
