Working Through Chat

The Command Center understands plain-English requests and takes action on them. You are not limited to asking questions, you can ask it to do things. Here is what you can accomplish just by describing what you need.

Update Household Facts

Ask the Command Center to add or change client data and it will prepare the update for you. For example: "Set the Millers' emergency fund to $50,000" or "Add a 529 account for their daughter."

You Approve Fact Changes

Because facts drive your advice, changes to them are never applied automatically. The Command Center prepares the update and shows you a Review Changes card so you can approve it first.

Adjust Financial Plans

You can shape a household's financial plan through conversation. Ask it to model a Roth conversion ladder, set up a contribution schedule, or test a what-if scenario. For example: "Model converting $45,000 per year to Roth for the next eight years."

The Command Center can also run the numbers for you, projecting cash flow, calculating taxes, and comparing scenarios, so you can see the impact before committing to a change.

Draft Emails

Ask the Command Center to write to a client and it opens a ready-to-edit draft. For example: "Draft an email to John about his upcoming RMD deadline" or "Reply to Sarah's last message." It finds the right recipient from the household's contacts and prepares the message.

You Stay in Control

Nothing is sent on your behalf. You review, refine the wording, and click send yourself.

Create Tasks and Research Answers

  • Tasks: Ask it to create a follow-up and the task is added to your list right away. For example: "Remind me to call the Garcias next week about their insurance review."
  • Research: Ask about current figures, such as this year's contribution limits or tax brackets, and it looks up the latest information for you.
  • Find information: Ask it to pull up a client's emails, meeting notes, documents, or past advice, and it surfaces what you need.
