Auto-Reload Setup

Auto-reload automatically purchases credits when your balance drops below a threshold you set. This ensures you never run out of credits in the middle of generating advice or processing documents.

Setting Up Auto-Reload

Auto-reload activates when you make your first credit purchase. During checkout, your payment method is saved for future auto-reload purchases.

  1. Navigate to Billing from the profile menu
  2. Click Purchase Credits
  3. Complete your first purchase through the secure payment form
  4. Auto-reload activates automatically with default settings

Auto-Reload Settings

Three settings control how auto-reload works. Adjust these to match your usage patterns and budget preferences.

SettingDescriptionDefault
Reload PointBalance level that triggers an automatic purchase50 credits
Purchase AmountCredits purchased each time auto-reload triggers150 credits
Monthly MaximumCap on total auto-reload purchases per month500 credits

Monthly Maximum Protection

The monthly maximum setting protects your budget. Once you reach the limit, auto-reload pauses until the next billing cycle. You can still purchase credits manually if needed.

Managing Auto-Reload

You have full control over your auto-reload settings at any time:

  • Pause or Resume: Toggle auto-reload on or off without losing your settings
  • Adjust Settings: Change your reload point, purchase amount, or monthly maximum
  • Update Payment Method: Click the link to manage your payment method through the secure payment portal

When auto-reload is paused, you can still use your existing credit balance and make manual purchases. Toggle it back on whenever you're ready.
