Launching Multiple Agents

The real power of the Command Center is doing many things at once. Every request you send becomes its own agent that works in the background. You don't wait for one to finish before starting the next.

Fire and Forget

Send a request, then immediately send another. Each one runs on its own. Launch several agents in a row and let them all work at the same time.

How It Works

  1. Type a request and send it. The Command Center launches an agent to handle it and immediately frees you up to type the next one.
  2. Keep going. Ask it to update facts for one household, draft an email for another, and research a tax figure, all without waiting.
  3. Each agent works in the background, even if you close the panel or move to a different page.
  4. Review the results as each agent finishes.

One Advisor, Many Agents

This is like handing several assignments to several assistants at the same moment, instead of doing each one yourself in sequence. It's how you get a full day's worth of small jobs done in minutes.

Tracking Your Agents

The Work Threads list on the left shows every agent you've launched and what it's doing right now. Each one moves through clear stages so you always know where it stands:

StatusWhat It Means
RoutingFiguring out which household the request belongs to
ResearchingGathering the information needed to do the work
In progressWorking on your request for the matched household
CompleteFinished and ready for you to review
Email draft readyA draft is prepared for you to review and send

Getting Notified

You don't have to watch and wait. When an agent finishes, a notification appears that reads Agent finished, with a View button to jump straight to the result. A count badge on the Command Center also shows how many finished agents are waiting for your attention.

Sending to the Right Household

If a request could match more than one client, the agent pauses and asks you to pick the correct household from a short list before continuing.
